Xendoo is a rapidly scaling FinTech company on a mission to provide small business owners with financial clarity and expertise. They are seeking a Sales Leader who will manage and develop a team of Account Executives while actively engaging in sales processes to drive revenue growth and build a scalable sales infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, coach, and motivate a team of Account Executives
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews, deal strategy sessions, and performance coaching
- Create accountability through metrics, forecasting, and clear performance expectations
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop future sales talent
- Own team revenue performance and help exceed ambitious sales targets
- Personally engage in prospecting, business development, and deal execution when needed
- Assist Account Executives with complex opportunities and key customer conversations
- Leverage your professional network to create new business opportunities and strategic introductions
- Develop and refine outbound sales strategies and prospecting programs
- Establish scalable sales processes, playbooks, and best practices
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates throughout the sales funnel
- Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to optimize lead generation and pipeline development
- Help create structure in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Solve problems independently and drive initiatives without extensive direction
