About this role
Role Overview
Responding to queries from customers promptly and tactfully within SLAs
Authorising and investigating all transactions to KPIs
Collecting and analysing the required information from customers and businesses
Reviewing processes which could be automated or enhanced to improve customer experience
Requirements
At least 12 months of experience in AML/CDD/KYC
Ability to make informed decisions and provide clear, well-defined justifications for reviews conducted
Experience in CDD Remediation, including performing CDD/EDD/TDD reviews
Strong interpersonal skills to listen to customers and develop relationships
Strong customer service abilities and industry knowledge
Good organizational skills to deliver to deadlines
