Role Overview

• Driving performance, profitability, and commercially disciplined decision-making
• Working closely with Legal Operations Directors and Finance team
• Supporting delivery of divisional financial performance
• Ensuring strong financial governance and operational discipline
• Partnering with Division Heads to shape budgets, forecasts and financial plans
• Delivering insight that strengthens commercial performance
• Guiding commercial decision-making
• Supporting pricing and matter profitability analysis
• Strengthening financial controls
• Driving continuous improvements in efficiency and governance

Requirements

• Proven experience in a finance and operational business partnering role
• Strong commercial acumen
• Solid understanding of law firm economics
• Confident communicator
• Strong systems and reporting expertise
