About this role
Role Overview
Shaping our Sales Playbook: Organize and update presentations, one-pagers, battlecards, and FAQs.
Localizing content for the Italian market: Adapt global presentations for relevance and clarity.
Building and maintaining our knowledge base: Centralize processes, scripts, and best practices.
Supporting team onboarding: Contribute to creating checklists and training paths.
Standardizing processes: Transform ad-hoc activities into clear workflows.
Supporting tools, data, and reporting: Help with CRM data cleaning and list management.
Collaborating on cross-functional projects: Support GM in preparing for meetings and coordinating across functions.
Conducting research, benchmarking, and analysis: Gather competitor best practices for improvement.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program (or have recently graduated) in Economics, Management, Engineering, Marketing, or similar disciplines
Extremely organized, precise, and highly comfortable with PowerPoint/Slides and Excel/Sheets
Curious to discover how Sales, Operations, and Go-to-Market work from the inside of a fast-growing company
Communicate exceptionally well in both Italian and English, both written and spoken
Proactive, hands-on, and not afraid to "figure things out on your own" to find a solution
