Establishes Line of Business risk management strategy and oversees the execution of the risk management programs
Serves as an advocate for the risk management program
Ensures risk management strategies and programs are established, maintained, and enhanced to support businesses in managing their risks while meeting business and regulatory expectations
Oversees timely and proper execution of the risk management program within and/or across the lines of business
Provides risk expertise while working with businesses and risk partners
Monitors changes in internal and external factors and identifies emerging risks
Leads and engages cross-functional teams and develops internal capabilities
Requirements
5+ years of industry-relevant experience
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
CRISC certification (or interest in obtaining)
Expertise in SDLC, Change Management, Agile, Project Management, Scrum Master roles, and Risk Management
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and collaboration abilities
Familiarity with compliance, credit, legal, and audit processes
