About this role
Role Overview
Managing and improving the accounts payable process, ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and efficiently
Liaising with colleagues across the business to resolve queries and support smooth financial operations
Preparing supplier payments in line with agreed terms
Performing supplier reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
Processing employee expenses and company credit card transactions
Supporting month-end activities, reporting, and wider finance tasks
Getting involved in ad hoc projects and process improvements as you develop
Requirements
Experience in a finance or accounts role (accounts payable, finance assistant, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Confident using Excel and finance systems
Well organised, able to manage priorities, and meet deadlines
A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and develop
