Role Overview
- Managing a caseload of defendant motor fraud cases, from inception to resolution
- Conducting thorough investigations, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses
- Maintain accurate records and case files using the firm’s case management system
- Liaise with clients and external parties, providing updates and ensuring case progression
- Collaborate with clients, insurers, and other parties to obtain necessary evidence and documentation
- Researching to support legal strategies and case development
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent)
- experience handling insurance, motor fraud litigation
- Strong understanding of motor-related claims
- litigation process, including pre ‑ action protocols and CPR
- Excellent drafting, analytical and legal research skills
- experience using case management systems
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- able to manage competing deadlines
