About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for working across Allied Health and Mental Health Services in the delivery of the operational business plan
Partner with service leaders to ensure systems, processes and mechanisms support effective service delivery
Drive the growth of quality improvement activities to create a learning environment that drives a high-performance culture
Lead and optimise business operations to ensure they are effective, efficient and scalable
Review, recommend and implement best-practice approaches across communications, customer intake and service scheduling
Development and management allocated budget and monitor financial metrics
Work with service leaders to ensure that service delivery is aligned with funding contracts, client needs and billable hours
Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify, acquire and maintain new funding streams
Remain informed of industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities
Develop, acquire and maintain positive internal and external stakeholder relationships
Collaborate with other directorates to ensure an integrated services model
Recruit, develop, lead and manage your teams to ensure a high-performance culture
Ensure your teams are motivated, engaged and working in a safe manner
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in an allied health operations management position
In-depth knowledge of funding models, customer focussed care and efficient allied health model
Leadership capability including influencing of key stakeholders – internal and external to assist business growth in key identified areas
Demonstrated expertise in quality, risk management and continuous improvement processes
Demonstrated expertise in operational planning and execution, business intelligence and performance reporting framework, quality and risk management, project management and change management
Sound ability to develop and implement operational plans to deliver strategy and key initiatives
Benefits
