Demonstrate understanding of Telecommunication lines (ADSL – VDSL – Symmetric lines over NGN / Microwaves / Fiber lines)
Build trust with clients, communicate any special requirements and keep the team informed of any issues that arise.
Provide phone support to customers and to our partners, as required.
Create detailed documentation and guidelines for implementing projects and solving complex problems.
Inform back office and perform back office tasks (e.g. scanning documents, data entry, uploading to customer portal, emailing to update call logs) as required.
Collaborate with all departments involved, to understand business processes and needs, correct problems and/or recommend actions to resolve them.
Manage IT and telecommunications projects.
Requirements
University/College/Technical School degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or other relative discipline
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role
Good understanding of networking concepts and VPNs
Customer service orientation
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with business stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills
Consistency & Accountability
Knowledge of project management standards and methodologies
Working knowledge of collaboration platforms (e.g. Teams)
Basic knowledge of SAP suite
Very good knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel)
Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal)
A CCNA level network certification will be considered an asset.
