Responsible for leading, managing, and developing a team of Production Managers, Business Analysts, and front-line colleagues who support Wire Transfer Operations
Establish and maintain operational standards, policies, and procedures
Oversee the day-to-day operations
Prepare and present regular reports, metrics, and analysis on operational performance, risk exposure, and productivity to senior management and key stakeholders
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support the successful implementation of new treasury management products and services tied to Wire Transfer Operations
Build relationships and trust to ensure Enterprise Payments Operations is represented in Enterprise Payments strategy conversations
Provide operational support and expertise for the development of payment settlement tied to new/existing payment channels and services
Stay up to date with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in Enterprise Payments Operations
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies

Bachelor’s Degree
10 or more years of wire transfer, operations, and/or payments experience
5 or more years of leadership experience
Industry/Global knowledge of Enterprise Payment Operations
Experience with wire transfer products, services, and operations
Experience with DDA, General Ledger/exceptions account reconciliation processes
MTS Application experience
Familiar with ongoing trends/technologies in the emerging payments industries
Ability to lead diverse operational teams in order to support new and existing payment strategies
Experience and focus on modernization of production shop
Drive partnerships with senior level colleagues across various verticals that impact TM Ops
