Lead and implement the Sales Excellence strategy for the Modern Trade channel
Ensure excellence in in-store execution: assortment, planograms, pricing, promotions, visibility, and availability
Define and track key commercial and operational performance indicators (KPIs)
Lead continuous improvement projects by identifying opportunities to optimize commercial and execution processes
Work cross-functionally with Sales, CS&E, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
Analyze market data, sell-out performance, and shopper insights to support decision-making
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roles, trade marketing, sales excellence, or similar positions within top FMCG companies in Spain (Nestlé, Danone, Unilever, P&G, Reckitt, or similar)
Strong experience in the Modern Trade channel (large retail chains, supermarkets, organized retailers)
Deep understanding of point-of-sale execution and the FMCG commercial model
Strong analytical skills
Experience in project management and organizational change
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
Structured profile, results-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset
