Role Overview
- Oversee execution of strategic programs and projects aligned to ASM/VM Tower
- Manage risk and ensure proper resources and prioritization
- Lead team of Project Managers supporting complex programs
- Direct resolution of complex problems with advanced critical thinking
- Develop stakeholder engagement plans and ensure consistent communication
- Monitor and manage stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project
- Partner with OCM to ensure change readiness and adoption
- Implement and lead program-level change control processes
- Oversee financial management and performance for projects
Requirements
- 12+ years of direct program and project experience
- Experience in Cybersecurity, Regulatory, or Audit-related projects
- Experience in leading compliance or remediation programs related to ASM/VM
- Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
- Superior Communication skills
- Organizational Skills to prioritize multiple work deliverables
- Expert Analytical Skills for data assembly and analysis
- Financial Management experience managing large program budgets between $5M to $20M
- Knowledge of global financial institutions and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of and experience in software delivery lifecycle methodologies
- A College or University degree; MBA or relevant advance degree a plus
- Current or prior PMP Certification is desired
