Accountable for profit, loss and operational objectives
Leads the development and launch of new innovative multi-product offerings
Collaborates with relevant control partners to ensure product offerings are designed and implemented in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Responsible for the development and finalization of strategic recommendations to launch new products
Accountable for oversight of the analysis and evaluation of product performance metrics
Influences and drives decisions with key stakeholders throughout the Enterprise
Creates product and coverage solutions from ideation to execution
Develops and monitors oversight of post-launch maintenance and underwriting of 'new in market' products
Accountable for reporting on results of new product offerings baselined with plan to executive team
Responsible for functional resources to support formulation of product strategy
Partners with sales to ensure new products offering meet current and future member needs
Builds, develops, and leads a team of individual contributors and managers through ongoing execution of recruiting, development, retention, coaching and support
Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Statistics; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience
10 years of relevant industry experience in Operations, Marketing, Actuary, or Underwriting
4 years of people leadership experience building and developing high‑performing teams
Extensive experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and multi‑product portfolios for Auto and Umbrella lines
Deep experience launching, supporting, and optimizing products across the full lifecycle
Strong communication and executive storytelling skills
Advanced negotiation and relationship‑building skills
Experience leading large‑scale enterprise initiatives and strategic planning
Expert knowledge of PDLC, product regulations, and risk/compliance requirements
