Interact with customers to answer questions and follow up on topics like compliance, onboarding, and basic support
Check customer documents.
Prepare contracts for signature.
Do simple market price checks and simple car appraisals.
Track dealer onboarding by banks and keep records updated.
Confirm required car and customer documents meet financing rules.
Help prepare and send funding and payment instructions.
Maintain simple reports on disbursements, reimbursements, and payment dates.
Help improve processes and share best practices.
Use prompt engineering and AI tools to design and implement lightweight operational automations from document checklists to reporting workflows that help the team work faster and more consistently

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills — confident speaking with business owners and clients
Organized with good attention to detail
Proactive, customer-oriented mindset with a desire to deliver great experiences
Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
A keen interest in SaaS / Tech and gaining experience in a fast paced, startup environment
