To manage and develop existing and new products and/or services
Development of customer level strategies & solutions that are tailored to customers’ needs
Subject Matter Expert in the applicable Product/Proposition team
Development of product propositions, and/or service strategy
Development of different commercial and business models
Evaluation of the technical feasibility, legal compliance, and potential risks
Monitoring of market trends and analysis feedback from internal employees and target customers
Management of comprehensive launch plans and technical deployments
Monitoring of key metrics such as adoption rates, usage patterns, customer satisfaction (including complaints), and revenue generation

Demonstrable experience of working with and managing a broad range of stakeholders in a matrix environment
Product acquisition strategy experience
Experience in or working closely with marketing functions
Considerable understanding of Customer journey management and improvement
Experience of using data to make decisions and recommendations
As minimum intermediate level of Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge and application of agile ways of working methodology
Strong commercial acumen
