Provide effective operational and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, while closely partnering with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to deliver an outstanding recruitment experience, including ATS (Workday) support.
Support the strategic allocation of requisitions to Talent Acquisition Partners in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Managers.
Ensure accuracy of requisition data and assist with updates and corrections when needed.
Support Talent Acquisition Managers with reporting (PowerBI), creating process maps, org charts…etc.
Act as a point of contact between Talent Acquisition and People Services & Solutions by coordinating and responding to general TA-related queries from candidates, Hiring Managers, and employees.
Contribute to ad hoc projects aligned with business needs and your professional development.
Requirements
Previous work experience in a similar role within HR in an international company or a recruiting agency
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Hands-on experience working with ATS (preferably Workday)
Proficiency in MS Office tools, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Excellent organizational, time management and customer service skills
Agile and proactive approach, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and a strong can-do attitude
University degree
Fluency in business English; Polish language skills are an advantage
