3 to 5 years in end-to-end recruiting, with a real focus on tech and/or product roles
Comfortable owning both inbound and proactive sourcing, with LinkedIn as your main tool
A track record of running many open roles in parallel without dropping quality
Strong stakeholder management with technical hiring managers and candidates
Fluent English and Italian. Other European languages are a plus as we expand.
