Requirements
- 6+ years in Talent Acquisition
- Strong experience hiring for technical domains (Engineering, Data Science, or Analytics)
- Experience using advanced ATS reporting and analytics
- Empathy to guide senior leaders
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment
- Interest in using and experimenting with AI tools
