About this role
Role Overview
- Own the full recruiting cycle for Spanish-market sales, operations and customer roles, at volume.
- Build and manage inbound pipelines, keeping a high, steady tempo of screening and interviews.
- Partner with sales and customer success managers and stay on top of feedback so roles never stall.
- Engage candidates and sell the Lexroom story in a market we're just opening.
Requirements
- Native or fluent Spanish, plus fluent English.
- 1 to 3 years of experience, with a background or strong interest in the startup, sales or customer world.
- The energy and pace to run high-volume hiring without losing the human touch.
- Clear, confident communication with managers and candidates.
- Familiarity with the Spanish startup and sales ecosystem is a strong plus. Italian is a plus.
