Sales Manager – Nordics, Ground Support Mining

Role Overview

• Oversee the Nordic countries, supporting the execution of sales strategy through a team of sales professionals.
• Analyze market trends, identify strategic clients, and explore new markets for Ground Support Division.
• Establish and nurture strong business relationships by monitoring customer portfolios and understanding their needs.
• Take accountability for P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting for your division.
• Support and develop the team of sales professionals and backline sales support specialists.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a similar role within the mining industry.
• Deep understanding of ground support products and market conditions.
• Technical expertise to communicate effectively with non-technical colleagues.
• Proven experience in customer strategy development and relationship management.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Technical university degree is a plus.
• Excellent skills in both Swedish and English, with knowledge of Finnish or Russian being advantageous.
