About this role
Role Overview
Manage a portfolio of clients as the primary point of contact for post-sales relationship and support;
Handle and resolve daily requests and tickets, following established processes and best practices;
Perform operational activities focused on the customer journey, such as migrations, onboarding, and monitoring the active customer base;
Identify churn risk indicators and expansion opportunities, reporting them to the relevant teams;
Log and report inconsistencies and atypical volumes, contributing to continuous improvement of internal processes;
Develop technical knowledge of the team's products to work with increasing autonomy and depth.
Requirements
Previous experience in Customer Success, Support, or B2B customer service;
Proficiency with CRM and ticketing tools (HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar);
Basic proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Office;
Strong written communication skills for documenting interactions, evidence, and follow-ups;
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, HR, or related fields;
Experience with CRM or customer support tools (HubSpot, Zendesk, or similar).
