Role Overview
Lead social strategy and execution for QVC and HSN across campaigns, seasonal moments, programming initiatives, partnerships, and key brand priorities
Translate brand direction into clear social plans, content priorities, and channel-specific execution
Manage social content planning and editorial calendars across platforms, ensuring content is on brand, audience-right, and native to each channel
Guide and coordinate the work of agency partners and cross-functional contributors to deliver high-quality social campaigns
Brief content and creative teams on social-first opportunities, channel requirements, tone of voice, and storytelling needs
Review copy, creative, and social assets to maintain brand consistency, platform relevance, and strong editorial standards
Identify opportunities in platform trends, audience behavior, and cultural moments, and recommend where the brands should participate
Monitor social performance and turn insights into clear recommendations that improve engagement, content effectiveness, and brand impact
Support community management and reactive social needs in partnership with cross-functional teams, including brand reputation considerations when needed
Build and improve workflows, approvals, and operating rhythms that help the team execute with speed and consistency
Coach team members, contributors, or external partners to raise the quality, pace, and effectiveness of social execution
Requirements
5+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, brand marketing, or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
Experience supporting and executing social strategies for consumer-facing brands
Strong understanding of major social platforms, content formats, and best practices
Experience managing or contributing to integrated social campaigns
