Develop strategic sales plans to support the division’s growth by maximizing cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Ensure collaboration, teamwork, and the selection and development of technically competent employees
Strategize and collaborate with sales and service functions to ensure the best client experience possible
Work with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly production targets
Ensure all HUB Service guidelines are met to deliver excellence in client care
Foster a positive, engaging work environment to attract and retain talent
Manage carrier relationships and keep up to date on product/appetite changes
Evaluate books of business and reassign accounts as needed

Minimum 5 years commercial insurance brokerage experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience managing and developing talent
Proven track record of fostering and maintaining strong client relationships at the management level
Industry designation preferred (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM)
Level 2 general insurance license
