Promote the sale of annuity products through leading and management of group of Regional Directors.
Achieve sales targets established by the company.
Foster production through independent insurance agents and develop new agent relationships.
Oversee wholesaling effectiveness and of Regional Directors.
Develop metrics to measure and manage the activity and results of the Regional Directors.
Assist in coordinating primary activities of the internal Premier Service Team.
Maintain successful business relationships with National Account VPs, National Account Managers and internal stakeholders.

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience
10+ year of relevant experience of key account management experience
Industry recognized designation preferred such as CLU, ChFC, CFP, or Security License.
