Act as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning HR practices and policies with business objectives to support organizational development, talent management, cultural transformation, and the evolution of organizational structure.
Be responsible for supporting leaders in people-related decision-making, ensuring execution of HR strategy and promoting a high-performance culture.
Serve as an internal consultant and strategic partner to leaders, understanding business challenges and proposing people solutions aligned with organizational strategy.
Lead and support organizational transformation projects, complex restructurings, structure reviews and workforce sizing.
Drive change management initiatives, supporting leaders and employees throughout transformation processes.
Advise managers on performance management, talent development, succession, internal movements and workforce planning.
Support the implementation and rollout of people management cycles, including performance evaluation, calibration, succession and leadership development.
Oversee recruitment and selection processes for positions at various levels, ensuring candidates’ technical and cultural fit.
Partner with HR specialist areas (Compensation, Organizational Development, Internal Communications and Culture) to ensure integrated solutions.
Analyze people metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
Facilitate conflict resolution processes and support initiatives related to organizational climate and engagement.
Contribute to strengthening organizational culture and to promoting corporate values.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor legislation and corporate governance guidelines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or Psychology.
Postgraduate degree, MBA or certifications in People Management, Organizational Development, Organizational Culture, Leadership, Mentoring, Coaching or related fields are a plus.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR Business Partner roles or strategic HR functions.
Proven experience leading high-complexity organizational restructuring projects.
Experience in mid
to large-sized corporate environments, with strong interaction with senior leadership.
Experience in change management, organizational design, leadership development and cultural transformation.
Experience with reorganizations, area integrations or business transformations will be considered an advantage.
Advanced or fluent English.
Solid knowledge of HR subsystems.
Proficiency in HR metrics and data analysis to support decision-making.
Experience with change management and organizational development methodologies.
Strategic mindset and results orientation.
Strong influencing skills and interpersonal relationship abilities.
