Role Overview
Develop and execute souring strategies to attract high-quality candidates for current and future hiring needs
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and evergreen roles
Leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and CRM platforms to identify and engage passive talent
Craft compelling outreach messages and nurture relationships with prospective candidates
Represent our employer brand with authenticity and enthusiasm
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
Provide market intelligence, talent mapping, and sourcing analytics to inform hiring strategies
Continuously improving sourcing processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Track and report on sourcing metrics and pipeline heath
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
Proven success in building pipelines for a variety of roles and levels
Strong research and sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, ATS/CRM systems
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
A proactive, curious, and data-driven mindset
MBA or advanced degree in related field (great if you have)
4 years of progressively responsible experience in HR, specifically in employment, and high-volume recruiting (great if you have)
Demonstrated expertise in advanced internet searching and candidate research (great if you have)
Demonstrated confidence in all settings when advising/partnering with business leaders; ability to maintain professionalism and focus in an ambiguous environment (great if you have)
