Operational support in day-to-day activities with direct customer contact: contributing to ongoing client projects and coaching programs
Preparing presentations, analyses and decision-making materials
Supporting the preparation and delivery of pitches and reports
Assisting with the organization and execution of client and Sparrks events
Helping shape and taking ownership of our trade show presence at Zukunft Personal Europe
Requirements
You have strong communication skills and empathy for diverse customer needs
You have gained initial practical experience in a customer-facing environment and work independently
You are well organized and can effortlessly keep several balls in the air
A true team player, you are eager to keep developing professionally
A relevant degree—such as (business) psychology, business administration with a focus on HR/organization, or another program at the intersection of business, people and organization—is a plus but not required
You are a native German speaker and have very good English skills.
