Role Overview
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records across entities using HRIS
- Coordinate payroll processes and ensure compliance with wage laws
- Administer employee benefits programs, serving as the primary contact
- Support end-to-end recruitment across entities and ensure compliance
- Ensure HR policies comply with federal and state laws
- Act as the primary point of contact for all HR queries
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in an HR administrative or generalist role
- Familiarity with US federal and state employment law fundamentals
- Strong organisational ability and comfort managing multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms; BambooHR experience preferred
