Role Overview
- Support the IT support team in daily operations (1st & 2nd level support)
- Receive and process support requests via email and the ticketing system
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
- Analyze and resolve issues in collaboration with experienced colleagues
- Document IT processes and support cases
- Contribute to internal IT projects and rollouts
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
- Interest in network technologies, cloud services, and IT security
- Initial experience in IT support is an advantage but not required
- Analytical thinking, structured working methods, and problem-solving skills
- Team player with strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with people
