Support the development, optimisation, and performance of our websites and customer portals.
Maintain and update our digital platforms, while optimising onsite performance through a data driven, test and learn approach.
Build and maintain website pages, components, and forms in Webflow (and WordPress).
Manage updates across the website and customer portals, ensuring everything is accurate, engaging, and SEO optimised.
Perform regular website quality checks, including broken link monitoring and content accuracy.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and campaign teams to build landing pages and support customer workflows.
Use GA4, Clarity, Google Tag Manager and other UX tools to analyse user behavior.
Implement technical SEO fixes and monitor daily conversion rates and sales performance.
Requirements
Hands on experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow, WordPress, Zapier) and strong practical knowledge of HTML and CSS (JavaScript beneficial).
Experience in SEO with an understanding of on page, technical, and off page optimisation.
Confident using SEO tools such as SEMrush and Google Search Console/ Bing Webmaster tools.
Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting platforms including GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UX tools like Clarity or Hotjar.
A good eye for creative execution, supported by experience using the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
An organised, proactive, and resilient team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments and seniority levels.
Strong time management skills, exceptional attention to detail and the confidence to take ownership of tasks.
