Proactively identify and originate new sales prospects aligned with Climate Bonds’ priorities and commercial service offerings
Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective leads across target segments, including banks, asset managers and asset owners
Engagements should be anchored on advancing prospects and conversations to mature stage of negotiations that can be realistically converted into sales.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sustainable finance trends, regulatory developments, and evolving market practices
Ability to project manage and effectively lead end-to-end sales process, from initial outreach and relationship development to negotiation and deal closure
Diligently track pipeline performance, maintain accurate reporting on Dynamics
Requirements
At least 5+ years of work experience
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English
The ability to deliver professional and persuasive presentations and build long term client relationships
Strong client servicing, consultative sales, and overall strong commercial skills
The ability to work collaboratively across product and sales teams
