Oversee annual budget development for the Library department and the independent Multnomah County Library District.
Supervise Library Business Services and Library Facilities Management Staff.
Act as the primary liaison to the County Budget Office and County Finance leadership team.
Provide guidance and support to the Project Management Office in the overall implementation of the Library capital bond program.
Maintain oversight of internal service methodologies and practices as they pertain to Library facility operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, public administration, or field related to finance, accounting.
Five (5) or more years of progressively responsible experience in public sector financial management, including direct responsibility for leading budget development and financial operations.
Two (2) or more years of supervisory experience.
Ability to pass a criminal records check, should a job offer be extended.
