Requirements
8+ years of progressive experience in partnerships, sponsorship, business development, commercial strategy, or related disciplines.
Relevant post-secondary education and/or equivalent professional experience.
Demonstrated success managing partnership portfolios, commercial growth, and strategic renewals.
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
Experience working with senior executives and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and project leadership abilities.
Experience developing athlete-centred commercial opportunities and working with athletes, athlete representatives, agents, or talent managers is considered a strong asset.
Experience developing commercial opportunities via social and digital platforms is considered a strong asset.
Experience developing, delivering, and measuring social impact programs.
