About this role
Role Overview
Lead qualification & outreach
You are the first voice of Benetics AI — on the phone, by email and through social selling
Your goal: identify the right contacts, spark interest, and hand over qualified meetings to the sales team
Active cold outreach and outbound calling to trades and construction companies
Qualification of inbound leads from trade shows, website inquiries and campaigns
Building and maintaining contact lists and sequences in the CRM
Close coordination with the sales team for seamless lead handover
Optimization of pre-sales processes using a modern AI stack
Marketing support through close collaboration with our marketing team and assistance at trade shows and events
Requirements
Enjoy talking on the phone and a genuine interest in people — you listen before you speak
Initial work experience or internships in inside sales, tech sales or a similar field are an advantage
Strong verbal and written communication skills in German & English (French is a plus)
Structured, independent way of working and experience with CRMs
Curiosity about the construction industry — prior knowledge is not required
