About this role
Role Overview
From day one you'll take on responsibility and make a real impact.
You will work closely with the founders and the entire Sparrks Growth team.
The focus of your role is clearly on outbound calls and the structured development of your own lead pipeline.
Specifically: you identify promising target companies and relevant contacts (primarily HR, People & Culture, and leadership).
You proactively conduct initial outreach by phone and hold persuasive, consultative conversations.
You complement your outreach with email (LinkedIn plays a minor role for us).
You qualify leads and independently manage your pipeline — from first contact to scheduling meetings.
You schedule high-quality meetings for our sales team, laying the foundation for new customer relationships.
You work data-driven in modern tools (e.g., HubSpot and dialing tools) to continuously optimize your reach and conversion rates.
You actively contribute to the development of our outbound strategies.
Requirements
You enjoy phone outreach — and want to become excellent at it.
You have initial experience in sales, recruiting, or a customer-facing role (e.g., internship, working student, junior position).
You are a good listener, quickly build trust, and communicate clearly.
You have a good sense for language, timing, and handling objections.
You work in a structured way, are persistent, and take ownership of your pipeline.
You have an interest in HR, leadership, and personal development.
You are a team player and strive for continuous improvement.
You are a native-level German speaker.
Nice to have: experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
