Analyze user behavior across key product funnels: registration, deposit, betting activity, withdrawals, bonuses, and retention;
Monitor key product KPIs such as conversion, retention, churn, LTV, session activity, user engagement, and revenue;
Prepare product and business reports to identify which features, mechanics, or user flows drive engagement and revenue;
Validate product hypotheses and help define the analytical approach to evaluate their impact;
Analyze A/B tests and experiments, evaluate results, and provide clear conclusions and recommendations;
Segment users and analyze cohorts by behavior, value, lifecycle stage, activity level, VIP potential, or risk patterns to support product and CRM decisions;
Investigate drops or anomalies in product and business metrics and identify possible reasons behind changes;
Independently structure analytical tasks, clarify business questions, define success metrics, and choose the right analytical approach;
Work closely with Product, CRM, Marketing, Anti-Fraud, and other business teams to translate analytical findings into product and business recommendations.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in analytics within a B2C product as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, CRM Analyst, or Marketing Analyst;
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets;
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar;
Understanding of product metrics such as conversion, retention, churn, LTV, engagement, revenue, deposits, or user activity;
Experience with funnel analysis, segmentation, hypothesis validation, or A/B testing;
Proven ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable business insights;
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with product, CRM, marketing, anti-fraud, business, and technical teams;
Ability to clarify business requests, ask relevant questions, and structure analytical tasks;
Proactive and result-oriented mindset, with readiness to work in a dynamic product environment;
Familiarity with data visualization best practices and presenting insights to stakeholders;
Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian (written and spoken) for internal communication.
