Deliver portfolio outcomes that improve business effectiveness, portfolio performance, cost efficiency, utilization and long-term value creation.
Drive strategic portfolio programs including footprint transformation, location strategy implementation, portfolio optimization initiatives, M&A-related activities and other business-critical programs.
Ensure successful execution of major real estate transactions across the region, including leasing, acquisitions, disposals, renewals, developments and portfolio restructuring initiatives.
Build strong partnerships with business leaders and stakeholders to support business growth, transformation, innovation and operational priorities.
Support executive decision-making through development of business cases, portfolio recommendations and investment proposals.
Contribute to the continuous evolution of Asset Management capabilities, governance frameworks and future portfolio leadership practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Master’s degree, MBA, or project management certification is a plus.
10+ years of experience in corporate real estate, portfolio management, asset management or strategic real estate roles.
Demonstrated experience leading complex real estate transactions and portfolio transformation programs.
Proven experience managing multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously in complex environments.
Experience supporting executive decision-making through business cases, portfolio analysis and strategic recommendations.
Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Experience operating successfully within large global and matrix organizations.
Experience managing external advisors, brokers and service providers.
