Manage and prioritize the Data Engineering team's backlog, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
Translate business needs into technical requirements for the data engineering team, ensuring clarity and proper direction.
Collaborate with stakeholders (Power BI, Data Science, IT and business areas) to understand requests and define scalable, efficient solutions.
Define and monitor data performance and quality metrics, ensuring reliability and availability of information.
Act as a facilitator between technical and business teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment of expectations.
Lead agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, review and retrospectives).
Support implementation of data governance, security and compliance best practices, ensuring compliance with LGPD and other regulations.
Work on the evolution of the company's data architecture, driving Data Lake, Data Mesh or Data Warehouse initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
Experience as a Product Owner or managing products/projects focused on data engineering.
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar.
Familiarity with data architectures and pipelines, including ETL/ELT.
Experience with SQL databases.
Knowledge of tools such as Power BI and Looker.
Understanding of concepts such as Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Mesh, APIs and data integration.
Knowledge of metrics, bottleneck identification and optimization opportunities.
Strategic vision to define and prioritize a product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
