Role Overview
- Daily technical and application support for users
- Diagnosis and resolution of hardware and software incidents (Windows environment)
- Management and tracking of requests via the ticketing tool
- Deployment and configuration of workstations and smartphones
- Management of the IT inventory and hardware stock
- Advising users on the use of IT tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- At least 3 years of experience in IT support, ideally in an international environment
- Service-oriented with the ability to assist users
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments
- English proficiency sufficient to communicate in an international professional context
