Serve as a day-to-day client contact and trusted partner, building strong and collaborative relationships
Lead the delivery of complex medical communications programmes across international markets
Manage timelines, budgets, resources and project workflows across multiple concurrent activities
Coordinate the development of engaging digital assets and educational materials
Support the planning and execution of virtual and face-to-face meetings, advisory boards, congress activities and educational events
Collaborate with scientific, creative and digital teams to deliver impactful, high-quality communications
Identify opportunities to add value and contribute to the continued success and growth of the account

Experience within a medical communications agency environment
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
Experience supporting virtual and in-person events is highly desirable
Comfortable working within international teams and across global programmes
Commercially aware, proactive and solutions-focused
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build credibility and trust with clients and colleagues alike
An interest in aesthetics, dermatology or related therapeutic areas would be advantageous
