Commercial Operations Manager

Role Overview

• Maintenance, structuring and further development of our CRM system (HubSpot)
• Building and optimizing workflows and automations
• Creating reports, analyses and dashboards to support data-driven decisions
• Preparing and following up on quotes and proposals, and providing operational support to our Account Executives
• Documenting and continuously improving internal processes
• Coordinating and owning projects as well as supporting cross-functional ad hoc topics
• Supporting our Sales Managers in day-to-day operations
• Depending on experience: supporting recruiting or performing organizational and administrative tasks

Requirements

• A structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
• Extensive experience with CRM systems and digital tools
• A willingness to challenge processes and make them more efficient
• Strong organizational skills and a high standard of quality
• Confident handling of data, spreadsheets and reporting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to support and coordinate different teams
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
