The Product Specialist (PS) will report to the Regional Business Manager (RBM).
Responsible for implementing the sales strategy and business plan in order to maximize commercial performance of designated Idorsia products for their assigned territory.
Driving awareness and understanding of the role for the promoted products and associated data in helping patients by calling on targeted HCPs, in their assigned territories.
Building productive external relationships with recognized experts, KOLs, HCPs, and other prioritized stakeholders in the respective therapeutic area.
Collaborating with peers in the wider sales organization, brand team, and other company partners to deliver outstanding customer experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences or related field required, Master’s degree preferred.
2+ years Pharmaceutical Sales Experience.
Experience in sales/education discussions with specialists would be an asset.
Experience in managing and optimizing Territory field budget.
Experience using omni-channel tools in moving HCP perceptions and attitudes.
Valid Driver’s License required.
