Own and develop sales performance of assigned national distributor accounts
Act as the primary commercial contact for Purchasing departments , focusing on pricing, volume discussions, and sales initiatives
Drive top-line growth , product mix optimization, and market share expansion
Identify and realize new business opportunities within existing accounts
Prepare and follow up on sales offers, price discussions, and commercial proposals
Execute key account sales plans in line with company targets and strategy
Monitor sales KPIs, turnover, and customer performance; take proactive actions to exceed targets
Coordinate closely with internal teams (Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Marketing) to ensure availability, promotions, and smooth execution
Analyze customer data, sales trends, and market dynamics to support sales decisions
Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews to strengthen partnerships and increase sales loyalty

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
3–5+ years of experience in B2B Sales or Key Account Management, preferably in automotive spare parts / aftermarket
Hands-on experience working with distributors and purchasing organizations
Strong understanding of sales fundamentals, pricing logic, and volume-driven business models
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and commercial mindset
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
