Senior Commercial Relationship Manager

Role Overview

• In this role you’ll generate revenue through business development activities with existing clients and new prospects
• Build and manage relationships with large, complex commercial clients, including those in specialized industry verticals
• Actively market and develop business opportunities across commercial and industrial lending and targeted industry segments
• Negotiate loan terms and structure credit solutions within your authority
• Prepare and present detailed credit analysis and recommendations for borrowing requests
• Conduct credit reviews and monitor portfolio risk to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Manage ongoing credit risk by monitoring loan performance and maintaining accurate risk ratings
• Represent the bank in the community to build awareness and strengthen relationships
• Mentor and coach less experienced relationship managers and support team development

Requirements

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field (Required)
• An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree
• You have 6 or more years of experience in commercial credit, analysis, or business development (Required)
