Role Overview
- Play a key advisory role within Beneva regarding employee benefits and compensation
- Collaborate with HR business partners and managers to develop compensation solutions
- Participate in the annual review of terms and conditions of employment and administer job evaluation programs
- Contribute to various mandates and projects in strategic talent management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, including experience advising on employee benefits and total rewards
- Experience with Workday and Career Map is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, at an intermediate to advanced level
- Advanced proficiency in French, both spoken and written, and functional proficiency in English, both spoken and written
