HR Payroll Specialist

Role Overview

• Manage working time and leave balances in the time-tracking system
• Prepare employment contract documents, reference letters and maintain personnel files
• Advise employees and managers on payroll and employment-law matters
• Communicate with health insurance providers and authorities and handle reporting and certification processes
• Prepare data for accounting and review and implement statutory changes

Requirements

• Commercial/vocational training and several years of experience in payroll and personnel administration
• Good knowledge of labor law, wage tax and social security regulations
• Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel) and HR/Payroll systems
• Strong service orientation, initiative and ability to work independently
• Team player, reliable, resilient and strong stakeholder-management skills
• Interest in digital HR transformation and strong problem-solving skills
