About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for increasing sales and gross profit of the Patient Monitoring Product Portfolio within an assigned territory.
Execute Annual Territory Sales Plan in collaboration with Sales Manager.
Conduct regular review of performance against plan with Sales Manager.
Coordinate the creation and administration of customer purchase agreements with Sales Manager.
Learn and execute fundamentals of CRM to record customer interaction activities and prepare customer quotations.
Facilitate customer discussions to gain understanding of healthcare marketplace and competitive pressures.
Coordinate and perform required in-servicing needs of customer and prospect.
Meet or exceed Annual Territory Sales Plan with key relationship rapport building, prospecting, and closing.
Requirements
3 years: Outside B2B sales experience preferably in the medical device, capital equipment field with a proven track record of exceeding growth targets
2 years: Solid understanding of healthcare marketplace
Proven results in business-to-business selling approach and Buyer Centric sales techniques.
Ability to proactively manage and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities.
Excellent negotiation and territory management skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products and SAP, or similar system.
Valid Driver's License
