Strong technical grounding in .NET (Framework and Core), C #, and MS SQL Server.
Experience using React and Azure would be desirable.
Experience operating as a senior developer or equivalent, with clear examples of technical leadership.
Confidence leading delivery and coordinating across disciplines.
Strong communication skills, able to explain priorities, risks, and decisions clearly.
A coaching mindset, with experience giving feedback and supporting others through change.
Comfort working in evolving, fast-paced environments where ambiguity is part of the role.
