Provide day-to-day support for end-user Windows and Mac workstations, office software, and licensing.
Respond to global service desk tickets and deliver timely resolutions to technical issues.
Manage user account provisioning and permissions across various systems.
Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets and software licenses.
Support employee onboarding/offboarding for a global remote staff.
Execute technical tasks for infrastructure projects (e.g., OS version deployments, configuration updates) under senior guidance.
Partner with the Information Security Team and senior IT staff to swiftly execute tasks required to remediate security findings and vulnerabilities.
Requirements
2+ years in IT support, system administration, or a related field.
Experience working with colleagues across multiple countries.
Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting both Mac and Windows systems.
Familiarity with ITIL lifecycle stages (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
Demonstrated experience leveraging AI platforms (Gemini, Claude AI, etc.)
Experience with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Azure.
Familiarity with VOIP, Enterprise Malware, CRM Platforms, and MDM solutions.
Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, firewalls).
Experience with VPN technologies and client configuration.
