About this role
Role Overview
Develop, implement, and maintain marketing and sales strategies
Ensure satisfaction of current referral sources and identify future fleet-management needs
Develop marketing programs and strategies to target potential referral sources
Identify and develop market areas and achieve marketing and sales goals
Research and identify potential clients for fleet vehicles
Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
Build and nurture relationships with existing clients
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service-level agreements
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
Collaborate with internal teams such as product development, marketing, and operations
Discuss fleet cycle and replacement strategies with prospective clients
Schedule with C suite executives and deliver professional presentations
Interface with Client Partnership Managers during client on-boarding
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience
Reside in Washington or Oregon
Fleet Leasing Industry experience is preferred
Strong understanding of the automotive industry
Familiar with fleet management practices and solutions
Proven track record in sales and business development
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills
Solid working knowledge of and proficiency in executing consultative selling process
Manage new fleet customer onboarding
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Active listening skills
Ability to develop compelling oral and written proposals
Results driven; highly creative in delivering solutions
Able to analyze client issues and challenges
Effective organizational skills to manage a pipeline of leads
Attention to detail in managing contracts, pricing, and client information
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Client Relationship Management technology
Ability to support 50% travel
